This tournament is a wonderful way to kickstart your Club's Academy season and make sure teams are prepared for the Spring Leagues just around the corner! We offer multiple age groups and divisions to create evenly matched brackets (Gold - Competitive, Silver - Competitive, and Bronze - Competitive & Recreational). This pre-season tournament is perfect for all Recreational, Junior Academy, and Academy players in the Austin area! We will have food trucks and medals for all 1st and 2nd places!

FEES
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: 11/11-12/31 $450
REGULAR REGISTRATION: 1/1-2/5 $500
NO REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED AFTER FEBRUARY 5, 2025 @ 8PM CST. Registration without a form of payment will not be accepted. No telephone, USPS or email registrations accepted. All entries will be subject to acceptance on a space available basis based on time of payment received. The entry fee will only be refunded if your team is not accepted. There will be no refunds given after a team is accepted or in the event of a rainout.

Offering Got Sport Insurance for Weather Cancellations - You must purchase this, if the tournament is canceled due to bad weather, there is NO REFUND without this insurance

Check-In (HOW TO UPLOAD DOCUMENTS)
Team check-in will be completed online. All documents must be uploaded prior to February 6th, 2025 at midnight. Rosters will be locked February 7th, 2025 at 8am. No changes to rosters will be accepted after they are locked.
Team Roster (HOW TO BUILD AN EVENT ROSTER)
Team Roster will be uploaded and kept on file. This should be an official roster from your team’s governing association (STYSA, WDDOA, CAYSA, etc.) It should have correct jersey numbers, and any guest players written in and labeled as GUEST.

Medical Releases
Medical Releases are required for all players but do not need to be uploaded. A team official should have these onsite at the tournament.
Player Cards
Player Cards are required for all players including guest players. (Club pass players are considered guest players). Only guest players/club pass players player cards need to be uploaded for check in.
