Why become a referee?
Considering the idea of wearing that jersey, badge, whistle and taking charge of the game? You’re at the right place…
Unless otherwise stated, LHYSA referees will follow the current IFAB Laws of the Game, STYSA regulations and/or division specific regulations.
LHYSA referees start at age 10 officiating the intraleague Saturday morning games. Certification is required for referees aged 13 or older and is a reimbursable expense.
If you think you’re ready to become a LHYSA referee, please reach out to Carl Smith via email.
